Valley FM is a local radio station founded by SAMYP (now the Avenue Project); 2011 being it's sixth year running. The station is operated by a new committee each year, consisting of Bo'ness Academy students who work together to fund-raise for, set up, and eventually run a local radio station; from February, right through the last few weeks before the Bo'ness Children's Fair Festival in June - when VFM goes live on the air. The station varies in music and chat but there is always sure to be a show to suit everyone's tastes!
